UTRECHT, 22 June 2010 – NS Groep N.V. and Oranjewoud N.V. are conducting negotiations, which could lead to a sale of Strukton Groep N.V. to Oranjewoud N.V. Oranjewoud sent out a press release on 21 June to announce this.
The Group Management Board and board of directors of Strukton is favourable to the possible sale.
