On 25 August TalentGroep, a consortium between Strukton, ISS and Imtech, received the Availability Certificate for the Montaigne Lyceum. The Montaigne Lyceum is the first school in The Netherlands to be built through PPP (Public Private Partnership). On 29 June 2005 the first floor slab was laid; on 30 August 2006 the school opened its doors to about 700 students and 69 staff. On 9 October the school will be opened officially in the presence of the Dutch Minister of Finance, Mr Zalm, and the Dutch Minister of Education, Mrs Van der Hoeven.
