PPP Progress Report 2004
26 | 11 | 2004
On 26 November, the Council of Ministers approved the “PPP Progress Report 2004: from Incidental to Structural”. This report contains details of specific advances that have been made in the field of PPP.
In this report, the Council also describes in greater depth the difficulties for each sector and what is being done to overcome these difficulties. It makes a distinction between PPS at the implementation stage (“DBFM”) and PPP at the planning stage ("area development"). Action plans from the departments are also included.
The progress report is one of the main items for discussion at the round-table talks on PPP which have been organised for 9 February 2005 by the Permanent Committee for Finance, Transport and Public Works, Economic Affairs and the Committee for Government Publications. The round-table talks will be used by the Lower Chamber for the purposes of verbal discussions with people and organisations involved in PPP. Strukton Integrale Projecten will also take part in these talks.
