Strukton Integrale Projecten can draw from extensive experience and expertise in the area of project and tendermanagement, contractmanagement and financial engineering.
Project management
The multi-disciplinary character of PPP projects requires a sound command of project management and process management. Costs, time and organisation must be controled at all times. Our project managers are trained to cope with the complexities involved in long-term project control. From the tendering phase right up to the operation and management phases, assuming a pivotal role between the clients, partners and the other parties directly involved, without losing sight of the other stakeholders in the project.
Contract management
A PPP project is characterised by long-term cooperation between consortium partners from various sectors together with a public-sector client. This calls for a different approach to both contract and riskmanagement. From the beginning, the parties must agree in principle on the manner in which agreements and partnership principles are laid down. Our contract managers assume responsibility for the fundamental part of the process, while closely fostering the long-term relationship with our clients and partners.
Financial engineering
An initial financial feasibility test is one of the primary factors in determining the potential success of a PPP project. If a concept appears promising, our financial experts can provide financial substantiation and test this against market practice. They benefit from in-depth knowledge of the financial market combined with extensive experience of the diverse financing constructions available. Financing is a tailor-made product that can often make or break the success of a project.
