Strukton Integrale Projecten has become a key player in PPP concessions in the Netherlands. We provide innovative solutions when it comes to government accomodation projects, infrastructure, (light)rail, healt care and education, taking as a starting point the total life cycle of the project.
Since 1999 Strukton Integrale Projecten has been actively engaged in the development, acquisition, management and financing of PPP concession projects. These projects are characterised by the new forms of contract comprising design, build, finance, maintain and operate (DBFMO).
Within Strukton we are responsible for:
- selecting partners
- managing PPP tenders and projects
- arranging the project financing
- managing the risk-bearing investments of Strukton Finance, the investment fund of Strukton.
