Strukton Integrale Projecten is manager and investor in the growing market of PPP concessions in the Netherlands. We offer innovative and integrated solutions in the fields of government accomodation, infrastructure, (light)rail, care and education, based on the total life cycle of a project.
Since 1999 Strukton Integrale Projecten has been actively engaged in the development, acquisition, management and financing of PPP concession projects. These projects are characterised by the new forms of contract comprising design, build, finance, maintain and operate (DBFMO).
Within Strukton we are responsible for:
- selecting partners;
- managing PPP tenders and projects;
- arranging the project financing;
- managing the risk-bearing investments of Strukton Finance, the investment fund of Strukton.
We have access to a wealth of experience and expertise in the area of project and risk management, contract management and financial engineering.
